Actually, you'll want to throw your Arcane Barrage before your Arcane Missiles, since it no longer consumes the Arcane Blast effect. I almost like where this is going.

Anywho, I wonder if we're going to be speccing Burning Determination for that extra 3% MP5. That's going to be useful with our new mana based damage perk, right?
