Theraven here. Thank you, wow.com, for featuring us!@Xweaz: Thanks! Gatherings like these are always exhausting to put on, but very rewarding. Meeting people face to face, seeing them just adds to the gaming experience. One of my favorite stories from the 2008 IncrediCon was when Paltick made a mad dash at the last minute, drove straight here alone from Arizona! We were worried but he made it, safe sound and ready to party. : )At the gathering we had a ballot for different awards named after various guild members, like the LadyD award for Best Team Spirit (LadyD was famous for her up attitude, putting out an enthusiastic "GOOOOOOO TEAAM!!" in her soft voice, before a boss pull); popular vote won and they got an award at the banquet that night. Another category on the ballot was "Best WoW spouse", with the award being the towels featured above. Kitt's wife won those hands down for letting complete strangers into their house to hang out while Aesar prepped the meat in their kitchen. Further evidence of her awesomeness was letting Kitt come to the 2009 event even though that was their anniversary.I know I'm forgetting other people who lent time, effort and mats (in Kitt's case, his grill for the 2008 cookout) to both events; I hope they can forgive me and accept my sincere thanks.
