May I ask which tools you used? (Tablets/software)

Very nice work

The tablet is a Wacom Intuos 4 5x7. I painted it in Photoshop and used Illustrator quite a bit for getting the shapes right.

What do you think of the Intuos?
I'm using a simple old Graphite 4 while I slowly learn, but will eventually want to move to something more complex and larger, and the Intuos 4 seems to be the popular choice.

It was for Blizzards Fan Art contest at last years Blizzcon. Lots of really good artists. The one that won was a sketch from Diablo 3. Win or lose it was a lot of fun to create.

The Intuos 4 is really nice and responsive. The main thing I love about it is the fact that it comes with a bunch of different tips simulating different tools like pen, charcoal, etc. You wont regret it if you buy one.

Nice pic, when I saw the article's title I was kinda hoping it would be more like a contest to submit our own sketches of our characters, like your picture. Still sounds cool, but I not really sure if I could be bothered with submiting my main character as I plan on race swaping him to a dwarf when Cataclysm ships, Dwarf shammies for the win! My alts? Maybe...
