My concern is the technical support aspect as well. There are several bugs with the game that blizzard would like you to post on the forums if you encounter, so that the techgnome there can see which account has the problem and can fix it from there. Or you could own a cellphone instead of a landline and be unable to call customer support.
The web customer support waiting time is about a week for a reply, and longer to actually receive assistance. The forums are acknowledged and answered (sometimes by other posters) within a day.
