Cataclsym closed beta live stream

The WoW.com team is streaming again tonight over on our Justin.tv channel, or you can simply watch via the embed above. Tonight loremaster Anne Stickney is in charge of the stream, and she plans to be questing through Hyjal.
We have no scheduled end time for this particular stream, Anne will just go as long as she pleases. Pop some popcorn, pull up a chair and enjoy.

coincidence they all have difficult to obtain mounts coming from high levels of raiding? hey blizz, the lower class would like some cake as well..

Maybe you are not aware of this but all the characters are premades. Those mounts are just things they get to play with.
Thats right. Its not a conspiracy where they only invite the raiders who did hardmodes for mounts. Sorry to dissapoint you.

You seem to be misinformed. What you said about the mounts being things premades get to play with is simply incorrect. The only flying mount that premades get for free is the Bronze Drake from Culling of Stratholme, hardly a mount from high-level raiding. Either she earned those mounts on her premade or she copied her character from live. The character copy is by far the more plausible answer.
But your second point is absolutely correct. I can personally attest to the fact that they are inviting people who aren't bleeding-edge hardcore raiders or members of the press.

That's my main, copied to the beta servers. I have well over 100 mounts, and I'm using the rusted proto as it's the prettier of my 310's.

i tried streaming my beta as well with FME and VHScrCAP but stupid VHScap keeps trimming my whole screen and FME isn't compatible with my screen resolution...so, i went to Ustream instead.

I change my desktop resolution to one that FME is compatible with for streaming, then change it back afterwards. My normal resolution isn't supported either.

I finally got FME and VHsrCAP working, and it's still needs a lot of tweaking. Still, it's rather fun streaming your WoW session to your friends. It sure is a major pain to set up, though, and I have yet to find a good source of information that isn't hopelessly out of date.
Maybe Robin could provide some hints. Her streaming was looking really sharp.
