The thing is Goblin Shammies are all over, so they probably felt compelled to make the playable race have shammies. The lore they came up with was fairly weaksauce, but I dunno. I'll likely be rolling something Goblin to experience them and see how I feel. Not really my cup of tea, but I bet they will surprise me.
