I'm taking a guess at that, with the rocky cliffs in the background, that it's Gilneas. Looks like the same rocky cliffs that were shown when they were showing off how the land changes during the Worgen starting quests.

I'm betting the De-Plagued Western Plaguelands. That looks like some of the country in the northern part of the zone.

Not quite fox and hound, but I was planning a Woregn female hunter named Ladianne who's wolf pet would be Thetramp. I'm thinking fox now, though, definitely.

The first question should be, is that a tamable beast or a critter?
If it's a beast, this may be enough to make me add another canine ( I already have a wolf.)

There are tameable foxes in Gilneas and Redridge (from what I have seen so far). I saw Fox Hunters in Western Plaguelands so I'd imagine there are some there.
