I bet he had that moment everyone has a few seconds after he/she sent out the email. Where he thinks back to what he just did, realizes he Replied All, and then he tries to make himself smaller.

Sadly.

I mean it's a pretty big screw up but really, we all make stupid mistakes like that. I'd bet it was probably some grunt in PR who did it too, someone who wouldn't deal with something like this every day.

Slap on the wrist, learn from your mistakes, get on with life.

As someone who has done stupid stuff like this before (and on a much, much, much larger scale), I sympathize with the person who did it.
