this is probably exactly what the tree will look like in the new version. all those % increases get folded into the tree bonus. there's no danger in being OP: 5% more damage on a lightning bolt at level 10 is not that much.

this is a -genius- idea and i hope for blizz's sake that all the trees are as easy to gut as ele shaman.
