Molten armor will be available to ALL mages. Yes thats right, what you see in the Fire bonus is essentialy, that isntead of getting MA at level 64 you'll get if right of level 10! /cheersAlso, a frost-Frostfire spec will be valiable in my eyes. At higher masteries, you will be altering Frostbolt/Frostfire for the Deathfrost bonus, but yeah , your main nuke will be FFB. Or so I immagine. /crossfingers that fire-Frostfire will survive (really, we would be the only class with 5, yes five talent specs)As for imp. Arcane Missiles - it will increase both their channel time and number of missiles. So without the talent it wil be 3ms over 3s , with 1 point 4ms/4s and with 2 points it will be as now : 5missiles over 3s.But there is a very curious thing there, and one that every one here should notice :All of the +critical damage talents are GONE. It looks like all casters specs are missing them ATM, so they might be rolled into the basic mastery bonuses. Or Blizz is planning completly change how criticals with spells work, but who knows.

Masteries are unique, though. If you pick to go for a Fire Mage, you'll get Molten Armor immediately at level 10 but when you're level 80 something and you're going deeper into the other specs you won't be getting their masteries because you've gained the Fire one. Thus, you're trapped without it if you're Arcane or Frost.
