I'm one of those who aren't embracing the changes just yet.Not keen on being stuck with only one tree for 60 levels, and I'd rather seen them include the option of "I'm new/I want to specialize" or "I know what I'm doing and will choose for myself." Maybe they'll add that in a patch, after players have adjusted to the changes and understand the viability of the new trees for their characters. The main reason why I'm not going guano over these changes is because we've only seen part of the picture -- as I understand it thus far, since we'll no longer be getting a point each time we level up, a lot will be coming from the trainer instead. I'm waiting to see what the trainers will have between talent points, how often we'll need to visit the trainers, and how detrimental it could be to skip a couple levels before going back to the trainer. Some of the proposed changes look like they'll improve the classes, but some don't (my frost mages will have to wait forever to get Ice Barrier). I'm especially not thrilled over the idea of handing out the major highlights right at level ten. If anything, I'd rather see a less-flashy version for a while, so we can still *earn* those big talents at later levels. Leave the climax for later in the game, where it's supposed to be.
