Easier way to understand Ruby Sanctum iLevels - they are on par with Lich King loot.

10 man Ruby Sanctum gear is equal to the gear that drops of off 10 man Lich King.

RS10 = LK10
HRS10 = HLK10 = RS25 = LK25
HRS25 = HLK25

As far as iLvl goes, you're correct.
However, in terms of itemization, RS10 loot is pretty bad for almost any class if they've spent any time raiding ICC. And considering the gear / skill required by the encounter. Most folks have almost no use for RS10 gear, since they have better from ICC 10/25.

That said, the loot for 25 is perfectly itemized and BiS in many cases. As a mage, I know the bracers, cape and trinket are sexy as hell.
