Zarhym recently
announced another fancy developer chat on
Warcraft's Twitter account this Friday, July 16 at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EST. This time around, players will be able to ask questions of the systems design team who is currently hard at work cranking out
Cataclysm. The focus of the chat will be the recently released talent specialization and mastery system changes. At WoW.com HQ, we're hoping for more information on the
radical talent changes that have shown up in the latest beta build.
Want to participate? follow @warcraft and @ them your questions using the #BlizzChat hashtag between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m PDT (8 p.m. and 9 p.m. EST). And as always, if you happen to miss the Twitter chat, Blizzard will provide a recap on the official forums, and we'll provide coverage of the event right here on WoW.com.

Random side question, but, Wasn't Zarhym leaving? Or did I just imagine that?

Think I'll have to stay up and ask em about these talent changes... Ment to give some more variety, but first responce to elemental tree seems I have about 2 talent points to choose from... Makes it seem even more cookie cutter. May just be beta, but I hope it improves...

They always schedule these for 1am on a Saturday morning my time, which is prime drinking hours, so I guess I won't be able to ask a bunch of Warlock questions:
Improved Fear would be AWESOME if the "nightmare" effect rooted the feared mob somehow. Turns it into an actually useful PVE crowd control instead of sending them fleeing into the next pack of trash.
Siphon Life seems like a better fit as the Affliction baseline ability rather than giving level 10 players yet another DoT to manage so early. Immolate is fine for levelling.
With the Soul Fire talents in Demo and the early tiers of Destro it looks like being the preferred opener for just about every spec. Other than that there's a real struggle to spend those last 8-10 points for Affliction warlocks.

Can someone *please* ask about the old reputations and whether or not any of them are vanishing? Every single time there's any form of developer interaction at all, they've always ignored the question in favour of some idiotic waste of space like "will Worgen get haircuts" and "will Goblins get a mount".

I created a twitter account, and now I have to figure out how best to ask for gnome paladins, and the imbalances that warrant their addition, in just 140 characters :|
