Taking away the pre-requisite part of Silence would be a great way to add exactly the kind of "tough, but fun" choices that Blizzard is looking to implement. It doesn't make things mathier or harder to figure out for newbies.As is, at level 85, I wouldn't be able to justify taking it now. If they removed the prereq, I probably would. Interrupts are underrated, and I'd rather have Silence than, say, 5% more damage mitigation on a PW:Shield.
