Well, at least we won't have to constantly /stopcasting on Drain Soul in the execute phase to renew UA or Agony. Although if Everlasting Affliction doesn't get fixed, it shouldn't be *too* big a problem, since a 60% chance per SB/Haunt means uptime will still be almost 100%, since you have 18 secs for Everlasting to proc.
But yeah, I think it's a typo or something; it'll end up working out like the other 5pt-into-3 transmigrations like Bane.
The big news I think for PvP, though, is a mobile Hellfire. Not being able to damage yourself to save on repair bills (I could never get the timing right) is a small price to pay for a PBAoE you can keep up while running. If you have the haste to speed up the ticks (and Blizzard doesn't screw up the radius before it goes live), we need no longer fear stealthganks; HF damage will break the stealth before they get in melee range.
Of course, I haven't looked at the rogue changes yet. (Crosses fingers for stunlock nerf).
