Right now we are a small friendly guild, with about 6-8 people showing up for an ICC10 raid. We always have to pick 2-3 PUG members, but we got as far as 50% on LK (I wish we could down him finally). Is there any good loot system that works well with PUGs except for the /roll? I liked the idea of one of the commenters (not /roll 100, but modified with plus and minus numbers). I guess it really is just MS/OS, but even that is hard to keep (like I am dps on the first 4 boss because 2 healers is enough until Upper Spire, but then I heal.) What is MS?Something I declare in the beginning, or the role you are filling in that particular PUG? Last time in an ICC25 PUG, I got so lucky. It was a crappy run, only 4 bosses, but I won about 3 upgrades. I was happy ofc, but is it fair? Especially in a PUG? And as you mentioned, trinkets, like Death Choice. When my boyfriend wanted DC, we started to go to GDKP runs, since it was very irritating, going to 25man TOC pug, loosing the roll against 15 other people, not needing anything else, and next week it is not even one less person rolling on it. I know most people probably hate PUG-gers, and would recommend me to join a guild, but I am not on such schedule. I love PUGs, because they are there exactly when I need them. But I hate the PUG loot system. I wish I could just buy all the loot for badges, or it should be like the Summer festival boss, everyone gets a package in their bag, with some loot fitting for him or just 2 frost badges.
