Mangle is bugged atm. Just a skill with 100 yard range, no damage. It places the debuff on the target, but it dosen't work.
Summary: Mangle is broken in the beta atm...at least for my lvl 10 worgen druid...

I was wondering if that was still busted, but the Laser Mangle, as I've been calling it, seems to work great as a pulling mechanism currently.

On the other hand, it is good for tagging mobs up to 100 yards away and pulling them.

Given that there are huge lists of bugs that druids are suffering from right now, I would consider the mangle version to just be bugged.
