I remember a post on WoW.com a couple of months ago that promised that the Enhancement talent Flurry would get buffed to 30%, however i have not seen that yet, any chance of it happening or did Blizzard just forget about it?

Blizzard implemented that buff to 30% as soon as it was announced as a hotfix, and the 3.3.5 updated the tooltip to reflect.

There is no release date announced, and our pals at Blizzard are going through a lot right now. I'd ask again in two months.
