The Daily Quest: RP edition

While we're all skulking about waiting for our servers to come up -- or skulking about on Shadow Council waiting for tonight's RP event -- it seems as good a time as any to talk about pretending to be people we aren't in places we aren't. (Secret: I'm not actually a troll shaman. But do keep it quiet.)
- Some oldies but goodies from Too Many Annas, covering being left out of RP and the many places RP can go.
- The Lazy Sniper talks about choosing names for characters.
- It may not be WoW-centric, but the latest issue of The Escapist is all about roleplaying.

The picture would be more accurate for a Blood Elf to yell "Sin'dorei" instead of "blood elf kind", considering how prideful the Sin'dorei are and how much Blood Elf seems the common usage of the term outside the race.

I'd love to be there with you all, but apparently the payment on my credit card did not process in time for my monthly payment, so I am currently WoWless. :( Champion the gnomish cause for me, I'll be over here slowly succumbing to withdrawl symptoms.
Kindly please let the It Came From the Blog folks know (when the server comes back, tomorrow'ish) that Lissandra won't be on for a few days, until I can set up payments on my account again.
