The citizens of Storm Peaks can't afford to pay Batman to come save them in times of trouble, so they've settled on the cheap knockoff known as Waynebruce of <Immortal Order> on Duskwood (US-A). I guess it's sort of like those "Spader-Man" action figures I saw for sale on the street in California. (No, they did not look like James Spader in Secretary.)
