The only places I've managed to get to were the Dancing Troll Village, with the help of a mage friend, and the Karazhan Crypts. I had a dance party down there with a few fellow explorers, mostly to take my mind off how creepy it is :P

Other than those, I haven't managed to get anywhere else, although aforementioned mage friend did get into Old Ironforge once.

Oh, and we both had fun with the Death Grip glitch on the Booty Bay boat that sent us flying through the world and then threw us somewhere underneath ...Hillsbrad Foothills, I think. With a ship in mid air...
