What is it like working for Wow.com? Do you regularly get together and have board meetings or something like that or is it more like conference calls? I'm not sure how many, if any, of you live near each other so how do you all handle the day by day workings of the website?

I know for a fact (based on comments by various employees) that those at wow.com live all over the country. I believe I remember something about meetings over IRC.
