Obviously the Horde are still the misunderstood good guys, and the "noble savage" archetypes. With the exception of the Forsaken who are clearly lawful evil and are well on their way out of the Horde IMO.
All along Sylvanas wanted Arthas dead for two simple reasons:
1) Revenge.
2) Power.
She wanted the Lich Kings power for her own agenda: Death to the living. She is no different than the Lich King, and never was. The Forsaken are merely a break-off faction of the Scourge.
Don't be fooled by her clever tongue. Garrosh knows whats up.

What about before she was undead? Or does that not count?

Arthas was once a good man with noble intentions believe it or not, but was slowly driven mad by the presence of an old god living under Lordaeron. (Yes there's an old god living near or under Lordaeron.)
Sylvanas was driven mad in her own right by being subjected to cruel unthinkable tortures. She was not granted a quick merciful death. Oh, quite the contrary... She died a slow agonizing death, then raised as a hideous banshee.
This is not the Sylvanas of old... Sylvanas had long since died and been replaced by a cruel sadistic monster who wished death to all living things.
What were the rest of the Scourge like before they died? I'm sure most were decent people in life...

Well said Bogmunch. The fact that she is so blinded by her own hatred to see that she`s become exactly what she claims to hate just adds to the tragedy of who she used to be.
