Do you have any unusual, beautiful or interesting World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? We'd love to see them on Around Azeroth! Sharing your screenshot is as simple as e-mailing aroundazeroth@wow.com with a copy of your shot and a brief explanation of the scene. You could be featured here next!
Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word "Azeroth" in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use alt-Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards, Val'kyr on mounts, or pictures of the Ninja Turtles in Dalaran. I'm going to miss you mirage raceway.
Everyone else may have hated you, but I always loved you for your large quality of easy grinding quests in close proximity, in a level range where all the other quests wanted you to go around the world.

Has anyone seen any really comprehensive lists / screen caps of places that will be radically changing? I mean, I know there's the massive set of shots at MMOChamp, but something that only lists this is gone, this is gone, this is there, but kinda in ruins, etc.
Basically, I'm thinking of planning a world-wide race to hit all the points of the world that are going POOF come Cataclysm for our next server party.

Hey now! We can still have our ice cream and eat it too. We just have to make a trip out to Nagrand to buy our beloved Tigul and Foror's Strawberry ice cream.
In reality I'm allergic to strawberries yet I love the ice cream in game. Oh the irony, the pain, the-*gag! can't breathe!*

I wish they had implemented the race; I always thought it looked like fun, even if it was just something we watched happen. Or something to gamble on!

I never *really* had a chance to know it, since it was kind of out of the way for the Alliance at the proper level. It seemed interesting, but back when you didn't get your first mount until 40, there was an awful lot of running around to do between quests. This was back when I played on a PvP server in Vanilla, so it added to the frustration getting constantly ganked by the Horde players (Alliance seemed to be rare in that zone).

This was always an interesting to 1,000 needles it's a shame the place is getting flooded it was bound to happen but don't worry EK loch modan loses it's lake to wetlands and also the times we have had with places slated for destruction or changes to us we will never forget mirage na the others as they meet their watery grave i say this thanks for the years it was fun watching the races there we'lll see how azshera does as the new raceway we hope it will be as cool as mirage
