The whole point is that you aren't supposed to be doing that anymore. Blizz has stated as much. Currently, on fights like Saurfang, you're forced to not use half of the abilities in your rotation because of AoE damage. Hopefully Ret will finally have a decent single target rotation and an alternate AoE rotation like many other DPS classes.
