If I remember correctly, the post about the new Stanglethorn Vale zone mentioned something about a mini game in one of the quest. Going back to double check now.

It is during the Bloodsail quest series. When you "prove" yourself to the Bloodsails and get on a ship you play a minigame to clean the grime off the deck.
