I'm also interested in where, if at all, we do get the buff.

Also note : Mages of all kinds will bring a standard +6% spell power buff (on par with the basic totem). So this indicates we will be getting some new spell into our arsenal.

Arcane Intellect will provide the 6% SP buff since Intellect = Spell Power now.

Arcane Intellect has been changed to provide mana, not intellect.
