'Preventative' is not a noun, as a noun is an actual person, place, or thing. However, you were close. 'Preventative' is used when describing a noun, whereas 'preventive' is used when referring to a broader idea. In this case, preventative healing is correct, as within WoW, healing is a character role, and therefore a noun.
