That's a mistake in the data mining, that's just our old 2-piece tier bonus from Ulduar I believe.

I believe it's 4 piece Tier 9, but yeah, it's a (fairly rubbish) old tier bonus :)

I am entirely wrong and the wonderful Paladin columnist is of course right. :)

Downrate away please, and since I couldn't find a button consider this post a "delete both these posts please if you can be bothered".
