The Daily Quest: Can't we all just get along

Here at WoW.com, we're on a Daily Quest (which we try to do every day, honest) to bring you interesting, informative and entertaining WoW-related links from around the blogosphere.
Can't we all just get along? It's a frequently asked question -- and in bigger groups and guilds, the more people you shove in, the more you hear it. With so many different types and personalities, you're bound to have clashes happen. What's guild to do when it comes to keeping things organized? What's a player to do, when dealing with a lot of people they might not be compatible with? Well, it looks like once again, the blogging world of Warcraft has some words to say about it.
- Deuwowlity talks about guild structures, people and what's important.
- Pugnacious Priest responds with a discussion on why who you play with matters.
- Meanwhile, Bible of Dreams has four tactics to running more effective officer and guild meetings.
- And lastly, The Pink Pigtail Inn has some advice about making an unforgettable guild anniversary.

A little off topic, but where is that screenshot. Sort of on topic, I remember being in an old guild of mine (Gabriels Fist-Anvilmar Alliance) And spying on secret officer meetings with one of my guildies. Thats how we learned about the magic of teamspeak!

Unless I miss my mark, it's a small chamber atop one of the walls in Wintergrasp Fortress.

Just checked and I was right! It's on the western end of the wall between the inner courtyard and the south courtyard.

Is it just me, or does that white blob in the middle of the picture look awfully... "phallic"?

It's a snowball in mid-flight.

All you. Definitely all you.

You weren't the only one. I couldn't even tell it was a snowball until I read the comments.

When I saw the headline, it made me think of this particularly severe bout of /yelling the occurred in Dal on my server. The content of the screeds, as one might imagine, was just string after string of racist, homophobic and misogynistic epithets designed solely to get a rise out of people. I'm pretty hard to offend, but when I think of a community of people that berate each other day after day like that, I wonder what long-term effects may result. Trade chat has long been a bastion of hate, and one can very easily ignore (well, perhaps there are some who don't wish to) what's going on there. However, with Blizzard's stated terms of service, I wonder if there might ever be legal ramifications for them not solving the problem of rampant ToS violations seen daily. It just seems like a risk, legally, if something bad were to happen in real life to a player as a result of such things. I mean, Facebook has already made certain things legal precedent in this regard....

I guess I'm the only one who imagined the title in a squeeky imp voice.
"THIS IS NOT IN MY CONTRACT."
