| Richard Garriott wins lawsuit against NCsoft Over a year ago, Richard Garriott filed a lawsuit against his former employer, NCsoft. There was a lot of back and forth regarding who said what, but the crux of the suit was that Garriott claimed NCsoft terminated him, costing him millions, as he was forced to sell his stock options at a bad time. I'm so glad Garriott won the lawsuit. I would have been so pissed if bully NCSoft won it.
