Every time you patch your client and click "Accept" to the EULA and ToS, you basically allow Blizzard to terminate your account for any reason at all, even no reason at all if they feel like it. So while you may have the freedom to do say/do anything you want, that's as long as you're willing to live with the potential consequences.
