Several ones there:

Vanilla: ShadowfangKeep, Undercity and Thousand Needles. Something about being an undead warlock just caught my attention with these two, as for TN, don't know... it just feels right with all the mesas and the solitude there.

Burning Crusade: Karazhan, Zangarmarsh and Nagrand. Simply amazing tracks, the first for it's complexity, the second and third ones for it's ambience.

Wrath: Wintergrasp and StormPeaks. Not much to say here, they're simply great tracks that transmit exactly (at least to me) the environment they're representing.
