From the original WoW soundtrack, I can never go past the main title sound - ahh, the memories of the first WoW login :D The other song is Song of Elune, I loved that so much that I've learnt it on the piano
From the WotLK soundtrack, I love God Hunters, I don't quite know why, but it's one of the songs that you listen to while you're playing, and because it's different it makes your ears prick up :)
And the last minute or so of The Shattering gives me the shivers every time
