My one question about mechanics in the beta is this- now that buffs like arcane intellect and blessing of kings are raid-wide, are you still able to buff people outside of your raid group with it?
I dunno, I have a habit of buffing random passer-by while questing. It's like saying hello, and I miss it when I'm on my warrior.

You can buff anyone, but whenbin a party/raid it goes to everyone.

^^ props. I do that on all my toons :) Nothing says hello quite like a 10% boost to all stats :p Of course then there are the times when I hit DK's with Intellect /grin.

Here's what the spell says now.
Arcane Intellect
31% of base mana 30 yd range
Infuses all party and raid members with brilliance, increasing their maximum mana by 5401 for 1 hour. If target is in your party or raid, all party and raid members will be affected.
So yes, you can buff anyone as usual to your heart's content. It just has added functionality while you're in a party or raid.
The only thing I have to wonder about is why we have to wait till 58 when Kings is learned at 20 and Fort is learned at 14.
