I ran one dungeon in my holy gear when I first got into the beta. On fights where the tank was taking manageable damage I found myself just casting HS to get my stacks of HPPs up to 3 then switching off between HS and WoG on the tank. This is an extremely mana efficient way to keep the tank topped off. Unfortunately I only found that this worked about 20% of the time. The rest of the time I was spamming my heals trying to find the best balance of efficiency and power. On live I heal with the FoL setup, which works for me even on ICC encounters. The new healing strategy feels pretty similar to that although it doesn't seem to do quite as well in beta (replacing FoL on live with HL in the beta).

I might be reading your post wrong but are you saying that you can use Holy Shock to get a single point and then WoG to get a free heal (and get your point back for free) and then just spam WoG until HS is back off cooldown and use that to get 3 points and then a full-power WoG and back to 1 point again?
Hopefully there won't be fights with that much movement but that seems like it's the intended to be the new rotation for movement-heavy fights. [It being: WoG(1) X times, HS, WoG(3), WoG(1) X times, HS, etc, with (3) and (1) being the number of Holy Power points we have. I'm not sure if the cooldown on HS is low enough to make that viable, though. Has anyone (Fireeyedboy or other) had a chance to play with that in the Beta yet?
