Benedictus is kind of a big deal, he is the leader of the church of the light, and the first Archbishop after Alonsus Faol who founded the order of the silver hand. This could have weird repercussions, like paladins and priests not being trusted in lore.

I don't think the Alliance Paladins have much to worry about. They're part of the Order of the Silver Hand, which had merged with the Argent Dawn to become the Argent Crusade. If the Paladins got any sort of problems out of this, it would probably be due to people losing faith in the Light with such a prominent figure becoming evil. But the Priests being untrusted can definitely happen, seeing as how the Alliance's Priest "leader" was still Benedictus. Priests never really get a whole lot of lore, so this may create some nice tension.

There are twilight paladins in the Twilight highlands, that's possibly the result of Benedictus defecting.

I'd say Alliance priests turn to the greatest priest alive atm.Prophet Velen the Divine.Really, who needs a silly strangely tall Bishop who only sends people to Razorfen when you have an awesome Priest who kicks some demon's behind around with his floating Naaru buddies.Actually I hope this creates an oppertunity(sp) for the Draenei to bond a bit more with Varian and have at least some story in the whole expansion.it feels so unfair, other races get awesome new classes, towns and starting zones but the Draenei get nothing at all!I say the Worgen village in the Blasted Lands should have been Draenei instead.
