Generalizations are never a good thing but I think we can say what the Chinese market themselves to their own people is very well documented. As far as your feel sorry for the Chinese-mentality, I'm not sure this is the right venue for that. And lastly, condoning gold selling or any other crime under the premise of "Well that's all they can do" is a steaming pile of bullshit. However you want to serve it up or package it.
