My guess is as follows: no naxx, no ICC, invisible walls against any areas with undead that are made of skeletons, so no ice crown and no (that area under naxx) etc. any mobs that are a single one or few within a sub-zone mostly without undead will be given placeholder models (why is that Belf mage called a skeletal coldbringer) also DK ghouls will get the undead model treatment and DKs will instead of doing the starting zone start at level 58 in orgrimar or stormwind with runeforging and all the skills and talent points they would normally have at 58, trainers placed near the warlock trainers in cities and runeforges put near the other forges (with a place holder model of course because runeforges are giant skulls)Oh the fun that would be playing world of warcraft china.Invis wall thing probably wont happen though, they might just assign placeholder models for everything as i dont think they would want to re design a billion models for WotLK while they have cataclysm to work on. Ice crown citadel and naxx would probably be off limits though, top raiding tier being TOC is fine and you can get plenty o gear from heroics.

also, to quote Ash from a year ago in one of the linked articles"I wonder if they actually went through ALL the content. Like, every single bit. Maybe the ministry of culture got the loremaster achievement"
