What is to stop you from stacking evangelism, popping Dark Archangel, and quickly restacking evangelism? by the time Dark Archangel wears off, won't you be ready to just pop it again? Seems to me you could probably keep the 15% overall damage buff up indefinitely.

Read the quote from GC: "Archangel and Evangelism don't stack."In other words you won't be stacking up Evangelism while the Archangel buff is up. In any case Mind Flay only has a 40% chance to proc Archangel (as it currently stands) and it has 5 stacks which means you need 4-5 Mind Flays on average to get it up. That is 12-15 seconds of Mind Flay at base cast times, which roughly halves the benefit you would get from keeping Archangel up as much as possible. I doubt a ~7.5% damage buff over the duration of a fight is going to compensate for not keeping Mind Blast on cool down and our DoT's up.

That really depends on weather or not blizz will allow you to aquire stacks of evangelism while under the Dark Angel effect. Chances are, blizz has either already designed it this way or they will see the loop hole durring beta. Also, I am quite sure that Blizz reads WoW.com posts as most of the feedback here tends to be of a higher quality than on the official forums with the added bonus that no one expects to see a blue posting here.

Just because the 10% from Evangelism and 15% from Archangel don't stack, doesn't necessarily mean that you won't be building up your Evangelism buff while Archangel is up. I'll have to log in to the beta and check, just to be sure.My biggest concern with the current trees is that once you've filled out your 31 points in Shadow, it's not possible to have 2/2 Evangelism, 1/1 Archangel, and 3/3 Improved Inner Fire. Seems like if we want "Darkangel" we'll have to give up a point in Inner Fire:(

@ Curtis.I would be very surprised if it didn't work the way I described. Especially as it is the way most examples of that mechanic work already.
