Why don't I ever get cool graphic glitches? The best I ever get is my character model being all black, or once or twice all blue. I looked like I was in a zentai suit. Blueman!

You don't want them. Usually those texture glitches are due to a dying video card. You know those pics where every texture is crazy, the sky is pink, and there are yellow lines everywhere? That's due to a video card dying, overheating, or both.
Incidentally, if you go to Wowhead, click the Catalysm link, select any leg-bearing pants, and select female Worgen in the Java 3D viewer, some of them show her face plastered on her thighs, as well.

If you select a SHIRT, her face will be on her thighs.

My graphics card broke and it looked like the Cataclysm was happening right then.

Actually, I think it would add a lot of depth into the game world (in cities particularly) if there WAS propaganda like this. Especially with the social and political conflicts that come with the events around Cataclysm. Like, Garrosh and Sylvannis at each others throats, the plot against Cairne, Thrall leaving. With the last one in particular, I don't think it would be realistic if Thrall was like "peace yo I'm being a hippie now" and the rest of the horde was like "lolcoolhavefun, we'll just replace you with the hulk 2.0 and everything will be hunky dory". It'd be interesting to see the citizens of orgrimmar actually affected by the governmental change. But, I'm probably looking into this too much. Not enough smashy smashy creatures, I guess.

I agree it could be interesting to see actual propaganda posters and such scattered around the major cities with all the internal strife that seems to be boiling up in Cataclysm.

Wow, what is that orc face texture anyways? They should have gotten an up close screen shot. I looks like a detailed version of the player model we haven't seen before, am I wrong?

Back in BC I was flying over Terrokar and I looked down at the ground and the the images had bugged out. There was a massive arrow on the ground pointing straight. lol
