The Maelstrom: Now with epic video turned to 11

A couple of weeks ago, Valnoth, lead world designer at Blizzard, reported that the Maelstrom is now "10 - 50x more epic." For some people, a giant whirlpool surrounded by lightning and crashing surf wasn't epic enough. What was clearly needed was a flying shark with a giant laser mounted on its head, being ridden by a dinosaur that was in turn being ridden by an undead wailing away on the guitar.
WoW.com has now exclusively learned that a video of a flying-laser-shark-dinosaur-guitar-wailing-mage is far more epic yet than that pitifully un-epic picture we posted last week, and we are happy to share this video with you.

Which part would you ride? I mean, riding a flying shark with a Laser would be sweet. Riding a T-Rex would also be sweet. Riding a T-Rex that's riding a flying shark with a Laser strapped to it would be sweeter.
But I believe that riding a Bass playing Forsaken Clothie (that's not a mage set as far as I can tell) that's riding a T-Rex that's riding a Laser mounted flying shark would make your head burst from the complete awesome. Oh, and before you filthy mages start in on how he's a mage, remember that if he WAS a mage, and they did make it a mount, it would be the new Warlock class flying mount and we (the Warlocks at large) would NEVER ride anything else ever again. ("Open a portal, conjure me a snack, and carry me through, slave!" /cackle)

that undead atop the dino is a mage. it is not only wearing the T6 mage shoulders but it is modeled after the mage playing in L70ETC (which is now L80ETC except they never updated the graphic on the kick drum) who is also a mage.
besides, bliz is going for "epic" in this scene after all.. and a warlock would never quit whining long enough to rock out this epically.

Actually, if you play the starcraft 2 campaign that shows L80ETC (who were re-named to TAFNAL80ETC, the artists formerly know as Level 80 Elite Tauren Chieftains) are now named L800ETC.

Ohh the imagination Blizz is blessed with . How much more epic can u get , nice choice a undead since they have the coolest dance in the game , but putting him on a t-rex thats riding a shark ... amazing i've never been so proud *sniff*
