Not much else to say here, folks -- here's your new login screen music in Cataclysm. Twelve minutes of pure epic, with themes from vanilla and every expansion afterward. Lots of references to the original login music starting at 1:30.
I NEED to know where I can find this full song. Or at least, where the hell have I heard it before? Obviously on a WoW video, but I can't remember for the life of me which one!
Mevermind, I found it, it's actually part of the Cataclysm trailer and it starts within the goblin segment, right before it introduces them as a new Horde Race.
There is no word to describe this. They put there all the most magnificent pieces of musical art in Warcraft history and combined them into this masterpiece.
I have to say, when I heard the pieces from Invincible, Ulduar and Heroes of Azeroth - I.. I stopped breathing for a few minutes.
... truelly, Art in it's purest and greatest form.
On a semi-related tangent, am I the only one who started thinking of the TARDIS at around 10:55? Just seems like the kinda music that'd be playing while the Big Bad watches their plans go all to pieces thanks to the Doctor.
I hope we get something similarly epic while putting Deathwing down for good.
Back during Burning Crusade, when Queue times got long as hell (and incidentally, why "Ask a Beta Tester" was renamed "The Queue" after the Wrath of the Lich King beta was over), I could tell how long I had waited by counting the times the music had looped. The track is about 6 minutes long.

I love this music. Deliciously dark and intense, with moments of shining glory and tranquil sorrow. Epic in every sense of the word.
Kudos to the composer, and keep it coming! I want more epic music like this.
