Troggdor of Aggramar (US-H.) Mother Nature is quite a garish decorator, isn't she? I think the last time I saw something like this was on a black light poster in college. "Now I need to hire some gnomes to harness these colors and lighting for an underwater night club," writes Troggdor.

Blizzard has done some marvelous work on their underwater areas, even in the old world (the Reef off of Stranglethorn and the area off of Desolace, particularly). Just breathtaking.

Awesome -- I see fan coral, tube coral, staghorn coral, sea urchins, and I think there's some brain coral under there too.
Makes me want to go scuba diving again... *sigh*
I can tell my Sea Turtle mount and Kalu'ak fishing pole will be getting a lot of use in Cataclysm.

Whale sharks have about 3000 teeth, but they are pretty useless. They are filter feeders, feeding mainly on plankton and krill.

Oh, I know what a whale shark is in the real world.
I also know that, in WoW, they're these horrifyingly huge monstrosities that have ridiculous amounts of hit points and hit for more damage than some dungeon bosses have HP. *That* was why the song was necessary. ^_^

Yay my pic was chosen :) I took that pic on the far west side of vash'jir when exploring for new tameable pets. I saw that reef and was really shocked by how vibrant of an area it is. There's also jelly fish floating off a nearby ridge, but I couldn't get a shot I liked of them
