Dah has solid points. I also choose to leave the market for a while. The guy who makes the wall is devoting almost all his wow time to it. When I was really doing glyphs, i would spend 3-4 hours a day on just AH; gather, post, cancel, make glyphs, mill herbs, etc. Its very tedious. Eventually yeah those people leave, but it may be weeks or months. Best thing is to starve them. Jump up the prices on herbs. Especially now, you know you will burn through the glyphs when the pre-cat. patch hits. So you will not have the issue of dumping useless product at the end of an expac. Although now I think about it, and I wonder why we bother. Its not like we can do anything with 100,000 or 1M gold.

Oh, there's always something to come along to spend money on, especially with the loot cards from the card game!I bought the Magical Rooster from the AH quite a while back for what I still think was a reasonable amount. And recently, I acquired a Swift Spectral Tiger for a nice, hefty sum. I'd never pay real money for either item via eBay, but thanks to my endeavors in the AH, I can add to my mount collection with ease if and when I want. Also, the top end guilds on servers will sometimes advertise that they're selling raid spots for achievements. I don't think my server ever had ZA bear mount runs for sale, but I've seen a guild trying to sell runs to get the ICC 10m bone drake for 200k.
