An arms warrior's damage is effectively double in PvP because of the MS debuff. Furthermore, everyone else on the arms warrior's team for arenas, everyone else damaging the same target as the arms warrior in BG's and world PvP, their damage is doubled too.

If arms can do 10k in a BG and fury 12, that fury is basically praying that his Furious Attacks ability will proc. The arms warrior KNOWS his will be up.
