It wasn't intentional so not really a prank, but once in 25 Naxx, we were waiting for a few people to get to get rezzed before attempting Four Horsemen again, when I decided to pop Mirror Image to see if the mirrors would /dance with me. Turns out at that point if you weren't in combat they'd attack the nearest target, which of course were the four bosses. The fight starts, the gate slams down, stranding about 10 people on the wrong side. Vent goes ballistic with people shouting "What the hell happened?" I'm crying laughing, watching everyone run around getting picked off one by one. Then the group on the other side of the gate aggroed a Shade. The sound of it of "Whew, we dodged a bull--OH NO IT'S GOT ME HAAALP" was priceless. Amazingly, no one was really mad at me, although a few friends do still, a year and a half later, mention dancing mirror images when I brainfart on other things.
