Among Fables and Men is by Dopefish. The entire video is a series of images conveyed with little sound and no voice acting. It's a five minute tour of bizarre and surreal images, with most of the actual story left to the viewer to create. Even at five minutes long, the video's brief time seems to fly by.
This video has received vast praise over the years since its release. It's easy to see why. Dopefish's work is imaginative and expansive. It's a brilliant piece. You can find its Warcraft Movies page here.

Like any good art, if that's what you take away from it, that's fine. There is no one true meaning, one valid interpretation, etc. The story is a collaboration between the artist and the viewer. The artist is only half-responsible for the story that gets told in the end...
I liked the 2D style in it (and it honestly seems like a lot of work)
Also the Alice in WonderLand reference was good, and the overall atmosphere was just enough dramatic, too much, it would have been too heavy, too little, just bad
Can anyone translate the (what I'm guessing is) Japanese characters that pop-up in the video? I don't expect them to explain much but I'm curious. If it's not Japanese, don't hate me, I don't know any of the Asian languages, much to my detriment, trust me.
Amazing work. I can't imagine the kind of work that went into it.
The naga/worm guy was SOOO Alice in Wonderland. X) Never take a smoke from someone else's pipe dude. ;-p
Truly interesting, beautiful and different. I loved it. :)
Its films like this that take machinima to a new level, beyond who's pwnin' what noobs, and 'look how sexy my main is' into a different form of art. You don't have to play WoW or understand any part of the game to find this machinima beautiful, eerie and haunting.

Impressive! I like this even more than The Craft of War. This has a very unique style and is very refreshing.

Very nicely done

Very macabre, almost Lovecraftian in it's style.

Ah, Dopefish... Do they still make videos anymore? Noggaholic was my favorite. Makes me kinda sad to watch it, these days, though.

Machinima at its best...

Forgive me if this sounds blatantly unintelligent, but...from what I could make out, it was a video about a guy getting high. Twice. :P
Also, interesting puppet-show-esque animation style. :)

This is awesome. It reminds me of Okami and Paper Mario at the same time because of the animation style. Amazing machinima.

Pro.
Loved the pop-up book feel with some 2d and some objects with depth. The coloring was amazing, music was incredible.
Gimmeh mawr.
