Seems like Yumfries shares that experience. In Nub Tales ep.6.4: Jimmy and Joe (Best Frends), Yumfries explores that special dynamic between two friends who play WoW together -- especially when one of the friends is very annoying.

Nice. In particular I loved the "Damn it, Jimmy, Damn it!" part because I used to say a similar line all the time.
I play with my cousin a lot (or I did when he had internet anyway), and whenever he messed up in game I would jokingly cuss at him using his real name. Which usually gave anybody else who happened to be with us a good laugh.
I would have called him by his screen name, but I just love the way "Damn it, Randy!" rolls off the tongue.
I've played a Warlock. I've played a Hunter. Both simple and fun solo classes *With the exception of Pally which is God Mode*. But the moment I rolled a Priest for the first time, I was bombarded with group invites by level 10s, so I could do what? Heal them on Hogger.
I'll just come right out and admit it. I'm a selfish player. I don't want to heal people. So I have a level 19 Priest, and I haven't touched her in since.
Given my name is Jimmy out there IRL, I got some extra giggles every time the dwarf screamed at the gnome. I'm going to be hearing "DAMMIT JIMMY! DAMMIT!" in my dreams now!
Okay, I hate replying to myself... But it just dawned on me... Joe is my kid brother's name. Now I'm having flashbacks to all the times we've played together over the years, and all the times I've screamed "DAMMIT!" at him. ^_^;
I was that gnome once, and by gnome I mean draenei hunter. Used to drive my BBF (who is also my boyfriend, who is also my guildleader) mental, while he was leveling his shaman. I thought it was brillaint to level and play together, he however, was not so sure. I'm not that person (gnome) anymore... I think... I hope.
