That's correct, and currently the debuff affects *all* attacks.

I won't lie, I've been having dreams about Colossal Smash.

But unfortunately I spend more time dreaming than leveling, so I can't yet smash stuff with it.

It only for 6 every 20, though with talent probably will be up way more often. I'm just wondering if I have to time everything to Colossus' debuff.
